Grant Olding

film, television & theatre composer and lyricist

Nicholas Hytner's masterstroke is the music by Grant Olding, which wraps all this lunacy into an irresistable package.

Award winning composer

Grant Olding

trained as an actor at the Central School of Speech and Drama before turning to music when the Bridewell Theatre created the post of composer in residence for him in 2003...

Grant wrote the songs and performed in 'The Craze' band for hit comedy "One Man, Two Guvnors", which recently completed an International tour following sell-out runs at the National Theatre, and in the West End at the Adelphi Theatre and the Theatre Royal Haymarket. The original cast went with the show to the Music Box Theatre on Broadway for six months where Grant was nominated for a Tony award and won the Drama Desk Award for best score. The record-breaking production is now on it's third UK tour and Grant's score can also be heard in countless non-NT productions of the play around the world...
